"isolated Island Shadow Them and Us" is a survival horror game that focuses on atmosphere and player immersion. Follow Alicia into her grotesque, endless nightmares, and at the same time uncover layers of truth about her past.

Story background:

in 1978, a tragic car accident broke out on a highway outside the United States. A young woman with a tragic life survived. Her name is Alicia. Helpless and badly injured, however, it never rains but it pours, and a strange and deadly nightmare strikes her. While fighting for survival, Alicia finds herself involved in a series of incomprehensible events. Some kind of "change" is happening around her. Is this a natural phenomenon or a man-made conspiracy? Everything is unknown.
as night falls, Alicia approaches the truth. Will she survive? Will you survive?
