Developed by Sony's first studio Santa Monica, players will embark on a new journey in which the protagonist Kratos will encounter unknown threats in a land he is not familiar with, and will become a father again. Together with his son Atreus, he will wage a battle to fulfill his personal mission in the wild Nordic lands.

Capcom released the relevant planning plan of the "Monster Hunter RPG Project" and released the Tale of the Monster Hunter, the first game work of the project at the same time.
